Tell me this is not what hooked you!
Like you, I found myself on information overload and spinning my wheels. E-books, courses, programs, webinars, seminars, and membership sites. And believe me I was spending more than I was making.
Can I get an Amen?
I WANTED TO MAKE MONEY!
How about you? Is that what drives you?
Before I go on with my “tell like it is” self. I want to be sure we are 100% clear, I am not here to sell you anything, other than hopefully selling you back to yourself.
Have you stopped long enough to ask yourself why the hell you started this quest? Well I did when I finally jumped off the get rich quick merry-go-round. When I stopped spinning long enough to regain my Equilibrium I remembered I wanted more free time; I wanted to spend more quality time at home with my grandchildren; I wanted to have more time to pamper myself; I wanted more time to be with my husband. Certainly I wanted more time so as to feel like I had more control over my income.
Hell, all I really ever wanted was to be happy as I worked, pay my bills, keep the roof over our heads, clothes on our backs, food in our tummies and enough money left over at the end of the day for a gum ball!
Everyone should have enough for a wonderful gum ball!
However, in this ruthless MLM industry you found yourself in, where making money (or the easy to achieve fortune) takes precedence over true desire and purpose, one loses their sense of “good” judgment and becomes a slave to chasing money.
Good golly miss molly it’s hard not too. Not only did someone show you on a napkin or up on a chalk board how making lots of money can be done, but they made you think it was easy and that everyone was making a fortune in this industry. The struggle for the legal tender is as old as history itself. And we have been programmed our entire lives to believe money is our answer! Money will get us the freedom we are looking for. Money is our salvation. Have you every thought that you would like to have as much money as so and so. Boy oh boy they don’t have any problems with all the money they have! Right!
Have you stood in a Lotto line lately?
The precious few in this industry who claim to make a fortune are those who promote money, get rich quick and use dollar amounts that most only dream about. And they know it. And so they USE your dreams as a means to their end!
It’s cruel and unkind.
The reason why I feel so strongly about uncovering the cruelty and unkindness is because of the incredible experiences and life changes I’ve had since admitting to myself that I too was caught up in chasing money just like the precious few, and I came to under stand another truth which I will talk about further on down the page.
Frankly, I much rather die broke than manipulate others for my personal gain because here is the kicker, this is you to folks, I care about how my actions effect not only my own life but also the lives of others around me. Yes I care about you!
Ever hear about Karma? Gosh darn it why shouldn’t I care about you?
Can you please tell me how all of the go go go make a fortune philosophy stepping on anyone and everyone to get to the top has made you feel deep in your heart? Has all the hype and money madness worked for you? Are you buying into all these sites you land on with the testimonies of wonderful stories of how easy it was to go from a cleaning lady making $100 a week to making $10,000 a week with little effort and with the accolades of the entire industry. How about all the beautiful pictures of checks, yes pictures of money on a huge check to show to everyone that money is more important than your own integrity and your own inner self worth. How about all the stories about poor little broke housewives who all of a sudden found this magnificent system and now they are making double the residual payout every month and driving a new BMW? How about all their claims to have all the answers, and who have walked in your shoes and “look at me now” … and you follow them blindly.
Have you broken any records yet? Have you gone on to your own greatness ? Have you made your millions yet? Have you even made a dollar yet?
Lets try something new and novel, how about some gut level honesty for a change?
Building a New Jersey Home Based Business takes work, and most of the time it is harder than you expected, it takes time, more time than anyone dares tell you, it takes courage, and determination, it takes a whole lot more than your money can buy BUT you keep buying in hopes to buy the magic these “gurus” swear will be your answer. AND they know it!
Please stop. You will go broke if you are not careful.
I am a BIG BIG BIG did I say BIG advocate of the philosophy that says you should be learning about how to think for yourself. Learning to think is hard work, check this out I’ll prove it to you. Thinking is FREE is it not? We simply don’t value thinking because society has rammed down our throats that the dollar
sign is how we measure value and so we take our own minds for granted. Things that make you go hmmm? Not to mention we are all moving so fast through out the day that we seldom take the time to stop and think about what the heck we are doing. We just do, do, do and do some more. Ah heck, life as we know it is one big merry-go-round.
Now, what I am about to share with you is something I didn’t want to admit to myself much less the world, however as soon as I accepted it into my heart I was free. I now share it with you in hopes to empower you. I used to think like 99.9% of the people in that I let other people to do my thinking for me. Yes I simply followed along as others were thinking for me, talking for me, and even living for me. So how did I change all this you ask?
It all started by a thought that I needed to quiet my mind. That if I could quiet my mind, and start thinking for myself, that I would be amazed at what I could do. That I would be truly astonished with what I could do if I just took the time to slow down and reduce all the thoughts of merry go round running after the dollars! So what I did was just grab a good book, and sit myself down, and just filled my mind with new ideas, new thoughts, a different perspective. While it is true that No book gives you all the answers. But you know what? This book the Master Key System really showed me who I really am and it gave me insight to find all the answers and to figure out all the answers on my OWN. And that is the key to getting answers! Finding everything out on your OWN. So what you have to do to get these answers is to jump off the ride of instant wealth and learn to think for yourself.

Thankfully, I can say that I do work I love. It has been a long time coming but the last two years have blossomed into a life of joy. Also, my work with Grand Master David Harris and the SRC4U aka Spiritual Real Time Correction program online for which I am a broker, and I am so proud to be part of the team. This is another dream come true and I book Grand Master David for groups around the country to demonstrate and share the power of an online Qi Gong Enhancement program that they can use in their own homes that is beyond anything we have ever imagined one could experience. Last, may I add, that I found a pre-measured, safe, plant based, hormone cream for pre menopausal women to post menopausal women that has changed me so much after 8 years of no hormones and refusing to use pharmaceutical chemicals in my body! I did not know what I was going to do and the Suzanne Summers program was sooo far out of my budget that I wanted to cry. Now I have the It Works product and because of the way I feel about that one product specifically, I became an independent distributor for It Works! For most women it is the body applicator and the skin defining gel that sells them on It Works! And yes, I love those products too, yet I don’t know that I would actually have become a distributor had it not been for the safe and all natural hormone product called Estro Rhythm. You know, I have not pursued that hot and heavy and I don’t try to sell people on it. I just share my love and appreciation and whatever they feel is fine with me.
I am on a personal journey to do what fills me with joy, to share what makes me feel happy, healthy, productive and at peace with myself and the world. I am making more than enough money to be at peace in my life and that is what matters. Am I going to Tahiti this year? Will I buy the Lexus or Infinity of my dreams? Who knows? Does it really matter? I do know that I wake up feeling good and the days fly by and I sleep like a baby each night and that, my dear friend, is what matters to me. I feel I am fulfilling my purpose and making a difference.
Have I been down every road chasing money over the years? God, yes, I have. Did it work? NO. It comes down to that one saying we know so well: Do What You Love and the Money Will Come! Let me validate that right now. All I can say is sometimes you just have to trust that while chasing the money it will come and it does. We learn how we learn. You had your lessons and I had mine. This is a great message you are sharing Dear Friend, and I validate your courage, your truth, your heart, and your light. Thank you so much. I truly appreciate and love YOU.

Hi JoAnn – I love your Blog posts! Yes, I agree with you that there is so much hype about making millions and doing it right away. A profitable business takes work but the real key is if you love what you do that work won’t seem that bad. Once you add goals and systems to your work anyone can get a whole lot accomplished. I too love Charles Haanel and his book The Master Key. I don’t know if you remember me telling you that I taught a class on this book and we did an online study course. It was powerful for everyone involved. Just this week I’ve gone back into chapter 16 and really studied it. I can never get enough of this book. What ever is going on in my life there is a chapter that applies. I love that you love it also. You’re such a doll and I feel great energy from your site. Keep in touch and keep up the great work.
